Dr. Jay Lipman (President)
Dr. Jay S. Lipman purchased his home in Sin Vacas in May 2004. He has been a full time resident since June 2005, at which time he retired from the practice of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, after 35 years, in Hampton, Virginia. In Virginia, he was a Vice President of the Virginia Opera and a board member for 19 years. He was vice president of the Peninsula Fine Arts Museum in Newport News, Virginia and a board member for over 5 years. He has been a president of the medical staff of Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News and was a member of the executive committee of that hospital for over 8 years. He serves on the Sin Vacas board of directors, because he is impressed with the quality of life offered by the community and wishes to maintain and, if possible, improve upon it.
